I went to this place, and I straight up had a horrible time! This place sucks! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I was given cold stale food and rock hard biscuits. I also went to the bathroom to change my child and it was absolutely disgusting! When I asked Brittany, an employee, for some assistance they looked at me, rolled their eyes as if I was a nuisance and told me to go talk to the manager on the floor! I will not be coming back and I will be telling my friends about this place! Word of mouth is very bad for business, you should treat your customers better than this!

Poor service, didn't get order in drive thru correct and had to correct at window. Seen and heard goofing off. Then told to pull around, waited in parking lot for two famous bowls, overall time over 15 mins. Then she laughed at me for expressing disappointment in service. Middle of day, not busy. Will not stop here again when traveling thru Claremore.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a 16 piece meal with 4 large sides...they were out of crispy chicken so ordered the original. When I got home they only gave us 12 pieces and also shorted me a side! We will never go back!!!!

We went to KFC in Claremore to get a bucket dinner. We went to order and the employee said they only had sides bc they didn’t have any breading for their chicken. We left along with a few others wanting to place an order as well. We went back 3 days later to try and order a bucket meal and this time they said they couldn’t sell chicken bc it was all frozen. Again, we left along with other potential customers. Both times the employees were rude. The KFC in Claremore gets only 1 star. I absolutely love KFC but I won’t go back. Even if I did they pry wouldn’t be able to sell chicken.
