If you're the type to go above and beyond at a job I will tell you this; At Tyson, it WILL go unnoticed. You can't do anything right and no matter how much you do everyone their seems to be pointing fingers at something or a lot of things you did wrong. There is CONSTANT criticism both constructed and unconstructed, feeling unappreciated no matter how hard you try. It's good pay but PLEASE at least look as to just how many different times this company keeps hiring, the pay mattered to those people at some point to, and they just could not take it. It is a very toxic atmosphere at best. Those who are hard workers are constantly unappreciated and still criticized, and a lot of people there will hate you for it because they think you're better than them. You can't do anything right there, and doing anything wrong will just get you a 30 minute lecture. As I said, toxic atmosphere at best. Still thinking about applying? At least think all of this, they are constantly losing people and the people they lost knew how the pay was, but they just couldn't deal with the people, the management, and the environment.
