We've gone for a foot soak and shoulder and neck massage the last two years when we've been in Portland. The front tea room is comfortable and clean. The staff are calm, professional, and soothing. The soak and massage are so relaxing. I highly recommend this experience! Great couple activity.

Loved our experience here! From out of town and an arduous trek in Arcadia had us desperate for some treatment for our aching feet. The muscle CBD soak was so relaxing (and I was relieved to feel that my corns had softened), and the accompanying massages were fantastic, helped relieve my partner's neck issues that have been bothering them for the last few days. Jane and Bryce (our massage therapists) were so wonderfully friendly and accommodating. Honestly, Soakology is one of the reasons why I'd be thrilled to visit Portland again. Would definitely book in advance next time, but so glad they were able to accommodate a day-of booking.

The ambiance relaxes you right when you walk in. The main tea lounge feels like an escape to a beautiful solarium and the teas are wonderful. I treated myself to a massage and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend a soak and massage. Amazing staff too!

Unfortunately the women who greeted us (seemed like the manager?) was incredibly rude to my group. We arrived at our appointment time and were told we were late multiple times. When I asked for clarity I was told we were supposed to arrive 15 minutes early and we did not, so it was considered late. Despite being told we were late, we were seated in the cafe area and told to try samples of tea while we selected services. We selected within five minutes, but still no one came to get us until 10 min after the appointment time. When we were ready to go in, we headed to the spa area and no one gave us clear direction as to where to go or what to do. I had to ask the staff if we should be changing or taking our shoes off. Inside the space was quite relaxing and the staff was very polite. The tea was nice as well. After the service we went to pay and the prices were more than their website. The staff told us IT issue and they had just found out prices increased that day themselves. So it was a surprise to everyone I guess? They have since updated the site with new prices. Masks were required, understandably, but the woman who we dealt with wore hers only over her mouth and not her nose. Very disappointing service would not recommend.
