Yes they certainly do, they even distribute to many popular sushi spots across Portland.
They have half gallon plastic containers in small and x-small shucked oysters. They can order the larger medium oysters on a days notice. But there is also quarts in small only that can be special ordered.

They had "plenty of" 2.5 lb packs of cooked frozen seasoned whole crawfish when I was there last Thursday, but I bought them with other things and didn't get an itemized receipt so I can't help you on the price. Probably about $40 or $50 for the pack, roughly based on what I remember the rest costing.
I'm not sure about Pacific Seafood but New Seasons has Dungeness crab meat for around $40 a lb.
