The five stars all go to the staff. The stuff here tends to be overpriced, so I only shop with coupons. (Make sure to read them, some are online only. If it has a barcode you can use it in store.) Get the app! The website also usually has a 40% off one regular priced item. When it comes to the staff the are friendly and knowledgeable, each of them seems to have an area of expertise. They are so helpful, though they do get busy sometimes, but if you have the time to wait for a line to clear up they will get you exactly what you are looking for or tell you where you can. The store is pet friendly, I've seen dogs, birds, and cats and it always makes my day. The other customers tend to be very helpful too.

I haven't been to JOANN'S in quite some time but, after receiving a gift car for my birthday, I went shopping for some supplies and accessories for my Cricut Joy. I found what I needed and everything was on sale too!

The only reason I am giving a 3 is because most of the order was ok. I sent my sister into buy yarn because she wanted me to make her an Afghan. She got 3 blue that were fine and 2 white one was not fine. The package had been opened and taped and missing some of the yarn. The fact that it was even put back on the shelf is unbelievable. My sister doesn't normally buy yarn so I can't blame her but the yarn is not workable which is why it was returned. I will not return it for the simple fact that if this is what you do then just one more person will have to return it. It will become a chain of events and I'm not playing. Shame on the person that put this mess of yarn back on the shelf. 10.99 a skein is a lot of money and now I have to eat it. Thanks
