My husband and I were in Newport McDonalds for breakfast recently. My husband used the bathroom and came out and told me one of the employees was in there using the toilet having a BM, came out and did not wash his hands and went back to work. Could this be why so many germs are being spread today? We seldom go to McDonald's but definitely will never go again.

Always a issue with no sugar in the coffee and get attitude when u call about it. Told I would get free coffee then they don't know who I am. Just ridiculous when I buy daily and same mistakes .

Overall Score: 2 of 5 Best Score: 4 of 5 Worst Score : -5 of 5 This location is EXTREMELY random in its quality, even with same-day visits. Most Recent Visit: Ordered and paid on the app. Arrive at the drive-thru to be told to pay at the first window. Told the employee at the first window that I paid in the app. Got a sour look and a reciept thrust at me. Get to the second window to receive my drinks and watch the crew and shift manager wander aimlessly for about two minutes. Finally had an employee wander over to the window and tell me they were cooking my order and to pull ahead. It takes another 2 or 3 minutes and another employee brings out the order. He stands as far back as possible and stretches his arms out to hand me my order. I get home a few minutes later to find that the burger I didn't want bacon on had the extra bacon I had ordered on a different burger. The two small burgers tasted as if the meat had been sitting in a warmer for a couple hours. The fries were good, but the pqckage was barely three quarters full. The worst part of the meal was finding a hair in one of the burgers, a rather long one. For the record, I keep my hair short. Most Recent Visit Score: -5 of 5
