Booked a room over Memorial Day, which was confirmed, arrived at the hotel at 9:45 pm to have no room. Hotel staff did nothing to find me a room. I was not the only person that the hotel did this to as there was a line of people waiting for their rooms. One family included a women that was 7 1/2 months pregnant and 2 children. Front desk staff also sent a women up to a room that was already occupied with other guest. This went on until after 11:30 pm when I went to my car to call Marriott corporate. While in my car on the phone with Marriott I was threatened by the hotel's security guard that I had to move my car or else. Called the general manager at this hotel and never received a call back. And to top it off they tried to charge my credit card for a no show. Have stayed at this property several times but never again. I was fortunate to have been a Bonvoy member and Marriott (not this hotel) was able to locate a room for me in Virginia. This property really dropped the ball!

In the hotel right now. The communication is appalling. We checked in at 11pm last night and weren’t told that ALL WATER would be off today for 6 HOURS!!!!! So no shower, no toilets, no tap water. We booked this place to work today and thought a hotel that charges close to $200 a night would have something as basic as water available. Attached is photo of a notice they slipped under our door at 930am. So generous of them to give us a 30min notice on a work day. No way in hell I would’ve gone ahead with this booking if they had informed us about this even 24hours ago. Which ofc they conveniently forgot to do.

Beautiful smaller property . Room is a bit outdated but it gives it a rustic historic feel. The front desk staff are sweet and kind and accommodating. Beds are super comfortable, pillows are soft , room is basic but has what you need. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here . Thank you!

Positive: I loved the location, just 5 minutes away from the Metro. The room was very comfortable, I didn¿t like the fact that it didn¿t have a microwave oven. I liked the street parking in the back especially because it was the weekend .Overall it was a grea Negative: There was no microwave in the room.

Yes!, $30 and the valet guy will help you move you car in and out, day and night from your first day there to the last one. You can also park outside for free from i believe 9pm to 7am. Make jure you move you car before or at least at 7am (or u will get a ticket :-)
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this hotel.
