This is the location that I was going to until the service became lackluster a few months ago. I gave it another chance today and I was very disappointed. My coffee order was wrong, the employee was dismissive with my inquiry to my correct order, the food was not up to par with the service this location used to have. I gave it another try to see if things had changed, however it is worse than before. With Starbucks and Scooters in close approximation of this location I would think that they would want to be able to compete. I am not willing to waste more money trying to give this location another chance to disappoint me.

Staff is friendly, coffee and food are good. The bathrooms are horrible extremely dirty And noticably not cleaned between numerous visits to the same location. The dining room is also fairly dirty with the tables being wiped off but none of the seats or benches cleaned and visiy grimy. Surfaces are sticky to the touch.

After having come here several times over several years I have to call it quits. Every time I have gone it takes over 20 minutes to get through one order. If there are three parties ahead of you, you will be waiting for an hour to place your order. When I go through the drive through they don't give any napkins and always have tons of liquid on the lid of the cup so even in just transferring the drink to your car you get spilled on. It just isn't worth it.

I give it a 5 stars because the staff was very respectful and helpful! They ran out of donuts for the free Veteran's Day thing, BUT helped me out still with a muffin! The coffee was not what I expected but it was hot so thats a good thing!
