Recently the food and service at this location greatly improved, took the wife to get food today and got stale burgers and ice cold fries. What happened? You fire all the good workers?

Customer service was terrible. Few workers were nice but the lady taking drive through orders was absolutely awful. She was cursing at everyone and complaining about having to take anyone's order. Will never come here again.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing, from what Google maps say, the lights were on, and drive-thru sign was still on. Some lady gets on the intercom with an attitude telling me she's closed. This McDonald's is one of the worse I've ever been to. Unfortunately, it's one of the only fast foods in town. Not the first time they showed all signs of being open but apparently decided to close early

My husband and I decided to get a quick bite after working all day. I gave them my rewards code for my discounts. Well, needless to say we had to wait, which is normal. I didn't mind it. When we got to the window, my order doubled in price. I asked about my discounts, the girl told me that my code didn't go through. Okay you would think with the wait the least this cashier could have done was ask me for another code. She wasn't trying to hear it. She blew me off and had attitude behind it. My husband would have pulled over in the reserved parking areas and waited for our food to come out because they were busy. I get that we all have bad days. But, just because someone or something rained on your parade, you can't go around taking it out on other people. I am a manager in fast food and if it wasn't for the customer, nice or disgruntled, we would be without work. I try hard to ensure that when people come to our store, they get the customer service that's expected so they come back. I'm far from perfect, but I know how to show some respect. The food was good, the service needs a little bit of attention.

Masks and barriers basically. Its probably the dirtiest McDonald's I've even been in, and I'm a truck driver.
