This was my first visit with them. Very friendly staff. Quick in and out. Didn't have to wait a long time to get in to see them at all. Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied.

Berry patch has been good to us and our pets. They are good veterinarians who care about animals. That's why they've got 2 stars. However, last week we took our cat in to get current on her vaccinations and they said she was being very unruly and asked us to reschedule and prescribed a mild sedative to give her before our return visit. We followed the instructions as provided. Upon arriving, they were backed up with a lot of pets in for care. When they got to our cat (an hour after our scheduled appointment time) they said she was being unruly again and that, due to the delay in getting her in for care, the sedative had probably worn off. They proceeded to charge us $75 for another sedative to be administered by them on site. I wasn't there at the time (my wife was) or I would have argued the point that them being backed up so long that the sedative wore off isn't our problem and if they need to sedate her, that should be at no cost to us. We followed their instructions and showed up on time for our appointment after all. They got everything done, but we will be going somewhere else in the future. I cannot believe we were charged 60% more than our quoted price for today's visit when it was not due to anything we did, or didn't, do. Shame, because I actually like the people there.

Took my 2 German Shepherds, one a new puppy, this morning. I was super happy with the care they received. The vet and the staff were very friendly and caring and patient with my many questions and with my pups. Prices were very reasonable compared to my former vet. I highly recommend Berry Patch for you fur babies. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Caring, wonderful staff when we lost our Annie-the-Black-Lab. Dr Y & Courtney were especially good to us during Annie's sickness. Treated us AND Annie with the best they had. So grateful for vets like this! They are BUSY. Please be patient with them. Raynbow, who continues treatment there, is in good hands too. ALSO: We've taken strays there for microchip check. They are SO helpful in returning pets to their owners. FREE of charge. THANK YOU!
