There are a lot of great antique shops in Wamego but this is not one of them. We made it to the back of the store and then the owner told us that they didn’t allow strollers and we had to leave. This was not posted anywhere on their door or windows or we wouldn’t have entered. The two employees working there were unnecessarily rude. The clientele in the store were all probably 50-70 years old and I think the man working just wanted any excuse to kick out the 30 year olds that he assumed wouldn’t buy anything. Of note we had visited five or six other stores with no problems today. Take your business across the street to Audity Ally where the employees are happy to see you!

We are open Friday & Saturdays from noon to 5pm. We try to be open even if the weather is not so good but if it's too slick out or blizzarding, we don't want people to try and drive to our store and possibly get hurt. We don't live in town so we have to drive there too and might not be open if we get a lot of snow &/or ice that day. Take care and hope to see you soon if the weather cooperates! Terri & Larry
