Went there and got 2 shakes and when we got home noticed that it was basically milk. There is no way the people that made that didn't know it was like that. Then I try to call and talk to someone, I tried calling repeatedly for 10 minutes and no one answered. I realize that accidents happen but this was clearly on purpose.

Took about 20 mins to get a cheeseburger. Once it came out I went to go take a bite, saw something out of place and realized they added an extra ingredient. Plain as day, how did they not notice? So so so gross. I waited after pushing the red button another 10 minutes before just leaving.

Use to love the place but the burgers are less than desireable. Onion rings are ok and they have some other menu items that are ok as well... but, with the price hike of Bidenflation and flat flavor, what's it to me other than convenience? My advice: More deals and better flavor if you want to keep me as a patron in the future.

Zero stars if it were an option. Kid handed us ice cream cones with hands that were covered in what looked like dirt and mud. They always grab our cones without napkins around them and it’s disgusting when it’s apparent proper hand washing isn’t implemented in a pandemic
