I recently went to this Chinese restaurant to order food and the cook was spitting in his hand, sneezing in his hand and coughing in his hand then he went and take the raw chicken with his hand which he never wash. Note I complain to the cashier and, she ignored me. Eating at this store will get you sick be warned.

It was safe to walk in there. The restaurant has windows cover with rotating cubicles to pay and pick up. The food is good.

The food is decent, but the service is really bad. I ordered shrimp fried rice and they gave me fried rice. I also ordered 2 ginger ales and they gave me 1! The lady was very rude when we called about it! Never ordering here again.Do yourself a favor and order from China Wok!

I can only speak about the bar, but the bar at the Russian Tea Room was a great treat while waiting for an event at Carnegie Hall. The Moscow Mules were spicy and enticing on a humid day, a plate of house pickles went well with a house-prepared dill vodka. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and generous. I will definitely return to try out the full menu.
