The barista who was an older lady made my drink completely wrong. She basically made the wrong order and dumped the drink back into the blender and added the thing she forgot in my drink instead of remaking it again. She didn’t even bother to ask nor change my drink. It’s disgusting too and they have horrible attitude.

I love this Starbucks. Someone here puts inspirational stickers on the cups from time to time and they make my whole day. The sign outside is about kindness, not some silly sign about “come warm up with coffee!” I really appreciate how this branch spreads love💛

December 2, 2021: Very convenient location in the heart of Central Square for when you need Starbucks rather than going to a local coffee shop which is my first choice. Starbucks has very early and late hours, and you have very fine-grained control over the drinks. They’ve renovated the interior a couple of times over the last few years, and most recently it’s a standup store with a couple of counters if you want to linger for a minute. They are very quick with Advance orders in the app for espresso drinks about five minutes typically in my experience. I can time my orders so I can pick up and go straight downstairs to catch a red line subway. It’s a nice option to have in the neighborhood. There’s no convenient close parking, so it’s best as a walk up or bicycle location. The Starbucks on Memorial Drive is better if you are driving in by car.

The coffee shop was very busy on a Sunday morning I had to wait 20 minutes to just order. The staff is very friendly and kind the place is fairly clean!
