The customer service was excellent. Rates were very reasonable and they have a new locking system which is much more secure. But really want to emphasize that the girl at front desk was awesome!

Unfortunately, no. But props to you for having one to store!

HAS ANYONE had difficulties accessing the online payment? I've been trying all day today, on my only day off this week, to make my monthly payments as I've always done them online, and its fiving me errors that it does not have my email account.

I was able to do my payment online today. If you were in building D, I believe they are refunding May's payment and canceled future payments.
