I brought in a drawer that had broken in my bathroom. AJ cabinets build them - over 20 years ago. Noah gave me a new drawer in 15 minutes. No charge. I have a full kitchen, bathroom and three small areas with AJ cabinets in my home. This is an amazing company.

Magdaleno is the man! If you want your repair done right ask for him! I sent an email to the company praising the guy and the president of the company emailed me back saying this: "Thank you so much for the kind words! These guys do very hard jobs and rarely get recognized outside our organization. I am going to post this up at our facility for all to see. His name is Magdaleno, He has been with us for almost 16 years and just got promoted to the service tech position a few months ago. This is his first personal recognition from a customer. WOW how often does that happen and what loyalty! Noah the project manager was also very kind at returning my calls and explaining everything they were going to do and making me feel better about the repair on my kitchen island I had to get done. Magdaleno was kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and a perfectionist and I am so happy with the repair he did. I also tried to tip him and he refused… making him even more honest about their company rules. I can’t say enough about what a great person he is and great job he did.

For "custom" cabinets they feel more like something you could get out of IKEA. Repair work was about as minimalist as it can get, very little attention to detail. Carpenter left their mess for me to clean up. Thanks. I wouldn't recommend.

The cabinets are not of good quality and they have patches on few doors. They promised to fix the issue and had multiple trips to my home. Finally they can’t match the existing color because with these delays the others doors faded a bit. They left our home with the issues. We followed up with them for couple of years and finally this is the outcome. We will not recommend this company.
