First time eating here. It was not bad. Conveniently placed across from the Goodspeed. Everything I ordered was just a bit off from what I was expecting. Not necessarily made incorrectly, but I probably won't be back. Shown in the pictures is the falafel wrap, cappuccino, cinnamon roll, and Reese's chocolate cake.

The chicken pot pie was good. However, it does not come with the typical pie crust on top, but had a puff pastry on top in lieu of pie crust. I'd get it again.

We love this place so much. Great bands make weekend nights really fun. Thursday night trivia is a family favorite. Good food (ahi tuna tacos are absolutely fantastic!) and always some interesting specials including unique cocktails.

Had a last minute desire to head to East Haddam for dinner on a warm spring night and happened upon La Vita restaurant. Quaint classic Italian restaurant in heart of the Godspeed opera house district and across the street. Terrific waitstaff Marissa took care of us with the sweetest personality and best attitude. Chicken pot pie and chicken Milanese hit the appetites perfectly. Bar looks like an awesome time in the heat of summer time. It liked very safe foe the patrons there. We chose the indoor restaurant instead of the patio with a little chill in the air. Highly recommend this place. Unique menu with some delicious ideas. Parking is ample across the street and a short walk if you cannot find a spot in the small on-site parking.
