I'm a retired computer programmer. My cousin is a retired mechanic, welder, and fabricator. We like maintaining and customizing things. We have "fix it" skills, but when we need a specialized scooter technician, Ted is my choice. I'm handicapped and rely on a mobility scooter. My cousin and I maintain, repair, and customize my 2 mobility scooters at my home. On two occasions we needed techical info and advice for my scooter. I called Ted's Mobility Repair to ask for advice. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you! You are appeciated! In future, if my cousin is unavailable, or if we need a specialized scooter technician, I will hire Ted's Mobility Equipment Repair to fix it.

When I came into Ted's I was a little skeptical because how my elderly mother has been taken advantage of in the past but Ted's treated us fairly and respectfully and charged us a reasonable price.

I called and the lady was super nice and very helpful and help me find the right products for my daughter. She ordered them and told me they would be there on a Tuesday. So I came into the store on Friday as I had not Received a phone call. I walked in and she looked at me like I was a stranger even though she knew who I was. She told me the items had not come and she didn't know where they were. She laughed and showed no care or concern even though I had told her I needed the products by that day. So they have great customer service but they lack follow through and sincerity.
