I had a return(amazon) and I was given a tracking number and after 5 days I notice that only a label was created, so I called the store, the rep didn't want to help me and hung up on me, very unprofessional. I will never visit this store again. I will drive to another store for services

if I could rate this store 0 stars I would! Please save your money and time, go somewhere else! The staff is rude and condescending. They completely overcharged me for my transaction and notarized my papers wrong. When I tried to resolve the issue, nobody would connect me to a manager or even give me a name of the person. Albert was especially rude and should not be working any job where he needs to speak to customers without undergoing some sort of training. He specifically said "my manager is going to tell you the same thing so you should stop wasting our time." And the "Manager" Manjeet was ignorant, cut me off every single time I tried to speak, and shifted the blame back on to me. He should not be in charge of any customer service team ever speaking to customers like that. They refused my refund and hung up the phone on me. I spoke with UPS corporate and they agreed this behavior wasn't acceptable. Go literally anywhere else!!! There's a big reason this place only has a 2 star rating!!!

I like this UPS store,it's in a convenient location in New Haven. I like that you can also print papers/shipping labels on available computer. You need a debit or credit card to make it operate(can be a prepaid debit card). The workers are also very nice and helpful.

UPS Store #5105 at New Haven provided outstanding service above and beyond any UPS Store that I have ever interacted with. I got a prompt and clear quote for cost of packing and shipping. I discussed the options and received an extremely fair price. My package did not arrive as scheduled and was lost in transit. The UPS store emailed me and told me that they would track the process and were very apolgetic. Several days later the package was identified and I received the package with confirmation by the UPS store. The packaging was remarkable for its care and consideration to ensure safe arrival. I have never experienced anything like this!!! My highest recommendations and thanks for a job not only well done but with great care and real concern.
