Since even before the pandemic there has been a dearth of quality bars in New London - a little city that should have a surfeit of them. Oasis is a bright spot. For a relatively compact space, it more than pulls its weight in terms of hard booze (try the homemade Apple Pie Moonshine), local and specialty brews (at reasonable prices), and a mix of some of the best dang people in town. And that's not even counting the amazing art for sale, or the great bands who give up the stage to a Nintendo system any patron can play on a big screen in the wee hours.

Wide variety of craft beverages on tap or in a glass/aluminum container. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everyone works very well together! Frequently showcases local artist's work (can be purchased), live music every month; overall a great place to enjoy a drink.

Yes! Murray Monday!! Certain drafts are $3 for a couple hours during the day then some time until 10pm. I just never remember the specific hours.
This is one of the best places in downtown NL to meet people - it draws in lots of different kinds of people because of its involvement in the local music scene. 16 bank is towards the end of the 1-way portion of bank st on the right, before y-knot and after the vape shop and spa. You can usually find parking on Bank or if you hang a left at the end of Bank st you can usually find a spot on State st just around the corner. It's not a bad walk from the municipal lot, less than 5 minutes.
