We were heading out of town and in kind of a hurry. Stop for a quick bite. Ordered our normal cheese free food because all of us have a dairy allergy. Got our order and hit the road. When the bag was opened it was completely the wrong order. There were even 2 orders of cheddar jalapeno bites! I was given no receipt so I couldn't go back in a few hours to get my money back. So we just had to toss the entire order in the trash. 0/5 on getting the order correct

Every BK I ever been to my experience has been the same and this ONe in New London is no different . I think people tend to overlook any deficiencies as long as they aren't major because people love the food .

***Thanksgiving Day 2021*** THIS STORE (new london, CT) SUCKS!!! We "settled for less" because The BEST & BETTER fast food chains are ALL closed except BK & DD... THANKSGIVING DAY horrible experience - Crew on duty is rude (around 11:45am to 12:noon), Food orders are dead cold, soda machines were down, and MANAGER / SUPERVISOR denied a coke refill for my kid. $40.00 meal here is not worthy at all... WASTE OF GAS, TIME, MONEY, and Good vibes killer!!! NEVER EVER TRY TO VISIT, BUY, or worst do a DINE-IN TO THIS BK BRANCH IN NEW LONDON, CT!!!
