Beers great! Wish I could say the same thing about Management/owners. New Park’s culture is overwhelmed with beer/food/bussing tables. When you work bar you also have to run food/clear tables. While you have a bus boy that has no clue what his job entails. No leadership. No development plan for employees. Employees want to learn new things or want more hours. However they just were denied the opportunity. They have long time loyal employees that got cut hours to provide the OWNERS WIFE hours n tips. Existing employees have to get other jobs at other breweries to compensate. When you bring issues up to management, you get a snarky do your job better attitude. This establishment likes to think of their employees as family. However it’s the complete opposite. When they are done with you. No communication just cut off the schedule. Don’t forget if you put in your two weeks in they say they don’t need you. It’s sad to see a small business go in this direction. Fantastic beers and the food was excellent. Not excellent for a brewery, but truly excellent. The pizza was better than most pizza places. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.
