Staff was extremely accommodating when I had an issue with my movie. There was a slight flicker on one of the screens during my showing. I brought it to the attention of the staff at the beginning of the show and they had somebody check it out and mentioned to me that there wasn't anything they could do while the show was running. I was able to get in touch with one of the staff late at night and they were very polite and apologize and offered me a pass. This type of guest service is exactly what I expect out of a chain like this so even though I had an issue I will be gladly returning as a customer.

Seen movies here a couple of times. The lobby is spacious and the seats are comfortable. I haven't been back since the pandemic though.

The theater itself is nice and clean. The bathrooms were also clean but I went in the mid afternoon. We truly like this theater and go out of our way to come to this one. The snacks department has a nice assortment. The prices are, in my opinion, outrageous. Since we don't go often and we know the theater has to make money somehow, we purchased a couple of things.

Great experience every time we choose too attend a movie at this theater! Super clean restrooms, clean seats, lots of room so you aren’t seating on top of others, and good food! Give this place a shot especially for a good date night!
