Bought bag tobacco yesterday with my last 10$ got it home and it was so dry it was unusable.and today I walked back to exchange it and got a bag of dry tobacco again. I won't be going to that store again. had to argue with them to exchange it. Very disappointed with the way I was treated.

I was impressed by the extensive inventory-hard to find items/new items are always available. Prices are never completely fixed and haggling is welcome. All employees are incredibly friendly. I am writing this review because I was so happy with my experience.

Being a resident of Plainville I typically find it more convenient to obviously shop closer to home However, with my Tobacco needs that is no longer the case. I drive out of my way to go to this establishment. Not only are there prices way cheaper then any place around but there selection of merchandise out beats the rest of the competition. Its places like this fine establishment whom provide outstanding customer service that make me really appreciate the local stores over a huge corp. Store. Keep up the amazing work.
