I just booked a room, unfortunately with the automated system, who sent me to some woman I could barely understand. Finally I just said I can't hear you (it was a terrible connection). I called the number to cancel 2 MINUTES LATER and Stephanie wouldn't do it. I have no idea what I was just charged because of the bad connection. I couldn't hear her. 2 MINUTES? There's absolutely no excuse for that. Stephanie probably just made a great tip. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Clean room, helpful staff. Too much noise from hallway and room above and too near a major state highway traffic light. Truck and motorcycle noise all night. Very skimpy continental breakfast.

Forgot my wallet. Room was paid for online through hotels.com. Despite having credit cards with my name on them, my fiance having her ID , and showing mail, car registration etc they wouldn't let us check in because I'd forgotten my ID. The lady in charge acted like she was somehow doing me a favor by protecting my room. No refunds, of course. Couldn't possibly give a low enough rating.

Positive: Staff was polite and helpful! Negative: Room 219 was tidy but carpets were dirty. We had to keep our shoes on. TV broken. Were moved to a bigger room free of charge as they had none like ours available. Clean and tidy! Smaller/less expensive rooms should be cleaned as thoroughly as others!
