As a Elderly Disabled person, Eye always inform who is helping me of my mental & physical limitation's since being a pedestrian struck by a car in 1984. I use the internet for shopping as a disabled person daily & watch activity carefully. I think I was improperly charged by a PayPal-Scam. Martin Pendelton was the only person to help me at 2:30pm win eye went in to my local BECU. He explained the error was was between me and PayPal, but as a courtesy could have the charges removed, one time! I explained again to look back through the records, its not the Only reversal that BECU has allowed, he's just new to My Account. Good Sales, maybe. Customer service, not 4 me, I'll continue to look for a real Bank Teller, that cares about Each customer, regardless. :)

Recently I became a BECU member. I was initially pleased with the staff. However, when I went into the bank to access a large sum of money for a car I purchased(I was pulled into the managers office) I have received a large inheritance. I was told that I could access my money right away because the teller had called bank that I previously had it in and VERIFIED FUNDS. the manager questioned me like I was ripping the bank off. He was very confrontational and said " that caishers checks can be no good" I was blown away!! Just a warning to anyone that may be thinking about banking here. I'm giving investments a chance here. We will SEE@

No teller services. So only shared branching through the atms.
Actually cashing a check is available at our teller lines in Everett and Tukwila. All of our other locations offer the ability for our members to deposit and withdraw money using our ATMs.
There are no teller services. All deposits at the Bothell location are done via the atm. The atm will accept 30 bills at a time, but can take repeated transactions if necessary. Check deposits at the atm can be up to $1 million. Only the Everett or Tukwila locations have teller services, or the closest Shared Branching location with tellers is Sound Credit union.
