Most horrible experience ever. They cannot schedule water delivery service one a month for long term customers but insist on charging monthly irregardless of water delivery, and unclear pricing every month. They are also unreliable to water delivery times after they confirm of the time. Very rude over the phone and in person, with unclear communication. I would report the poor service to BBB if I could but they are not listed on there as a business.

This is the place to go if you want perfectly filtered water at a great price with excellent service. Best water I've ever tasted, I am so happy we found them. Plus they sell great water stands! We were able to fit our water in a small space in the kitchen area which is so much better than using our rolling island. Also my husband loves the storage stand we bought from them - it saves his back! These guys always go above and beyond and I appreciate them.

Excellent customer service and delivery. I have been using this service for about six months and I absolutely love it. The owners are a husband and wife team who really do their best for their customers. The water is always of excellent quality. I recently tried the Alkaline water which my doctor recommended for me to drink with at least a 7 and preferably a 9 PH. I called with no notice and inquired about the PH balance and the owner apologized to me that he had the water available now at a 9.9 PH! He said if he had a few more hours notice he could get it even higher for me! I love this company and I'm so happy to see such dedication to their customers.
