Major Stokes is one of my favorite restaurants in Greensburg. Jim, the owner, is absolutely wonderful! He is an incredible cook. The chicken tacos (all of his food), but especially the chicken tacos are just 🤌🏼 so good!!! He is beyond generous and I love to support his restaurant. Jojo, the manager, she is the infusion QUEEN. You must stop in for one of her infusions! The bourbon ones are my favorite. She is so sweet and nothing makes me happier than sitting at the bar talking with her! Major Stokes will easily become one of your favorites, too!

As a restaurant professional, I’m pretty hard on a place when reviewing. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Service was excellent, food was very good and the space is pretty cool. I will definitely be back. *update 2/2020 This restaurant just passed its first year w/ flying colors. Has continually added nice surprises for repeat visitors.

Really nice atmosphere. Interesting historical information about the building. Owner and Chef were very friendly and welcoming. The food was awesome. Went in to get lunch Saturday and got the corn & avocado salad, seafood risotto, and seared scallops. I loved them all. Well dressed fresh salad. Risotto was tasty and you could see the seafood in it. The scallops were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Will definitely be back. Menu items are each less than $7 some only $4, which is very reasonable and allows you to try several different items. Really fresh food and the dishes are made to order. The menu changes each day and they are open every day except Monday. I'm really looking forward to coming back another day to try out different items.
