Horrible service our waitress came ONCE to ask if we wanted refills on drinks which never came after about 20 minutes we asked someone else to get her and it took her another 15 minutes at that point to come to our table when she did finally come she asked if we just wanted our drinks in to-go cups and copped an attitude when we asked for regular cups and said we had hoped she would have come back so we could order more fries to which she kept asking if we wanted to order more (I'm sitting there thinking we just said we wanted more fries) there was no manager in sight to speak too. The food when we did get it was good but the service was terrible and it wasn't even busy when we were there!!

They're running a special on a "brisket burger". While it was good, I wouldn't definitvely say it's a great burger. The regular sides were awesome as usual. Get the tower of onion rings definitely! The dipping sauces were great! But back to the burger. The brisket was a weak flavor at best. The spicy elements took center stage. The burger patty was their usual flare. Which is quite good. But as I mentioned, the spices overall made the burger seem like a spice fest, if you know what I mean. I didn't get the BBQ feel of brisket. And I've eaten a lot of brisket! Don't get me wrong, Red Robin is a great place to eat! But splitting hairs, yeah, choose a different item on the menu for a much better experience.

After reading the box I got super excited only to immediately see this. This is the biggest joke of a pizza I’ve ever seen in my entirely life. It’s cold and it tastes like a cheap Red Baron pizza. I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in a good while. The chips are okay though.

We had a great lunch! The waitress was very friendly and attentive! My son also loved that the milkshake was delicious and you get the rest of the milkshake in the mixer that didn't fit in the glass. Our food was fresh and delicious!
