Take my car here for service as they are one of the few locals places comfortable working on my Tesla. They are very courteous, prompt and professional. There is a nice waiting area if you need to stay there while you car is being serviced. It is also nice to have some stores within walking distance to kill some time if you have a long wait. I will continue to take my car here.

Always a nice experience. I got my state inspection and had 4 winter tires installed. Everything was finished by days end. My brake rotors were low, but not in fail territory. They didn't push me to change them, just recommended to consider it next time. I appreciate that.

I am very unhappy with the customer service at Firestone greensburg. Took my wife's car for an alignment and they refused to do it because the ball joint was supposedly bad. After investigation the ball joint was showing little to no wear. I took it to NTB and they did it no problem. I throughly believe they were just trying to make money off me. I will never return.
