Everything was dry! Honey walnut shrimp was missing the walnuts! And after asking for teriyaki sauce get home and no sauce! Horrible !!!

Ordered a big plate in the drive through tonight. I forgot to oder a drink so I asked if they could add that on when I got to the window. Didn't think that would be a big deal but the high school kid told me that he could do that since I already ordered.... What??? He refused to give me a drink. I guess the restaurant didn't want to make any more money on my order. Once I got home the Teriyaki Chicken was burnt. The Orange Chiken was hard as a rock and the noodles tasted like 4 day old left overs. Horrible Customer Service And Food

Theyre closer to my house so i go there first and its the same story every single time, theyre out of dishes or you have to wait for them to make more. Then the noodles have as much lettuce and veggies as it does noodles.. Today was the last time i go to this location they served the steak dish so burnt my dog wouldnt even eat it . I always liked panda this one location isnt it though. Its poorly managed.

I ordered 3 bigger plates and 2 large soft drinks for my family of 7. They gave me 3 fortune cookies. I ask for a couple more fortune cookies for the kids and the girl ask me if I wanted to purchase a bag of fortune cookies for 1.50 more. I was like I ordered so much food and I'm feeding my family. She's like we only give one each per a tray. I've always get some more fortune cookies when I ask. But charging me for more. Ridiculous! !!
