We had a wonderful stay at the Rosemont Inn! Beautiful, clean rooms, wonderful owners, cozy sitting rooms and amazing breakfast! We already are planning another trip to Montrose next year and will definitely come back to the Rosemont Inn B&B!!! Thank you Penny!!! I would give the Rosemont B&B a ten star review if I could. I found this little gem as I desperately sought to recharge my electric car. To others with EVs, they have two chargers for guests. Penny and Pete were over-the-top gracious and congenial to me as a stressed-out traveler. We chatted on the porch while my car charged, and I then decided to stay overnight. The mansion is beautifully appointed with an amazing spiral wooden staircase. All modern amenities were present in a traditional old style palatial estate with beautiful landscaping and gardens. The four-poster bed was extremely comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the Rosemont to anyone traveling along the Route 81 corridor! The Inn at Montrose is a stunning place for a peaceful getaway! The rooms were beautifully appointed, yet still cozy and friendly for kids to enjoy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The host was gracious and so kind; she really made the stay wonderful by making sure we were taken care of and knew what was available nearby. We loved the history of the place and town. We highly recommend staying there! Far better experience than staying at a run-of-the-mill hotel. What unique charm! (posted for my parents who stayed with their granddaughter)
