We bought 2 campers from Teri and John, and they have been great. Any problems and we called up and they took it right in and fixed it. They went out of their way to accommodate our work schedules. Teri came in on her day off and they stayed after closing. A GREAT family run rv business. Very friendly. Would recommend them for all your camping needs.

I bought my Palomino Puma 32FBIS February 2018 sight unseen. We did everything over the phone and emails. Pictures were sent, forms were overnighted...I showed up, they had everything done and ready, temporary tags already in the window. I had a tail light out in my truck, they fixed it. they hooked everything up, showed me how to use everything and away we went....First season with the trailer some things had to get fixed, made a phone call, made arrangements to come down to the state of the art shop... Had everything fixed in a few hours, Home I went. Here's where it gets interesting, start of the next season, control module goes on the hot water heater, called up, john said, Don't worry, I'll send you one in the mail...That there is what family businesses do. They don't go above and beyond... they just hold themselves to a higher standard...I recommend RH to everyone and will be purchasing from them again....

We have bought a travel trailer from Roadhouse and I have to say, this is the place you WANT to buy from. After being lied to by another dealer regarding a different camper that was way too heavy for my vehicle, we came to Roadhouse at my parents' recommendation. My parents love Roadhouse and Terry and John take care of them like family. So we traded in the too big for us rig from the other guys and were outfitted in the perfect size camper for our family. You'd think the "like family" treatment would stop there because we made the "big" purchase but nope! WHEN you buy from Roadhouse and then get service or maintenance from them as you need it, they still continue to treat you very well. It is such an enjoyable experience to go in and chat with the employees. We love Terry and John and know you will, too! They are really a class act and the best place you can buy from.
