What a beautiful healing space. The staff were all amazing, the facilities were impeccably clean and well cared for, and the pricing matched the value of the services. I had a 60 min float session which was deeply therapeutic, private, and fully accommodating. I also received a 90 minute massage from the LMT Kimy; I receive deep structural massage frequently for chronic structural issues and I must say Kimy's skills and intuition exceed expectation. Such a wonderful experience. I look forward to my next session!

First time floating today with my boyfriend, we did the double tub together. I think that was great for our first time. But I think floating by yourself could be more relaxing. You are super buoyant in the magnesium solution. So much so that after about 30 minutes, it feels as though you are laying on something. The hour was a perfect amount of time and I felt super relaxed after. Wonderful staff! Super clean.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Float North! Dana took the time to explain the entire process before our first float and anticipated all our questions and gave us great advice on enjoying the experience. The staff is super friendly and really passionate about making sure you feel comfortable and have fun. The facilities are all absolutely pristine and they take their COVID protocols seriously. Highly professional and affordable. You'll feel amazing afterwards!

Float North is superb. I went in for a float after a long hiatus of floating anywhere and was blown away by the top-notch service. The space is SO relaxing and the facilities are squeaky clean and well-equipped for a true spa-like experience. Dana and staff were amazing - super welcoming, kind, and helpful from beginning to end. And the float itself was spectacular! No outside noises in the background or light seeping in from anywhere. I LOVED the spaciousness of the tank, the starlight ceiling and lighting options, the dreamy music, and the freedom to fall into the experience. I fell into a blissful sleep and woke up feeling like I had slept for hours. I’m looking forward to going back and incorporating some of their other services. Check them out!

What should I expect for my first float?

No expectations are the best expectations for a float. Each float is different depending on what you bring to the environment. On the practical side, arrive early, you will be given an intake form to fill out and have a chance to ask questions. The float facilitator will take you to your float room and give an introduction to all the items in the room. The Ocean Float Rooms have starlight ceilings and underwater lights. The open float pool has underwater lights only. You shower and get in the tub. Music plays for the first 10 minutes to get you used to the environment (this can be turned off). After 10 minutes the music fades out and you have complete control over the lights and doors. When your time is up the lights and music in the tank come back on to let you know it’s time to get out and rinse the salt water off. After your float feel free to use the Ready Room to blow dry your hair, apply makeup, or use the provided lotion/deodorant/q-tips.

What do I need to do to prepare for a float?

We recommend that you: Avoid or minimize caffeine intake a few hours before your float. Don’t shave or wax prior to your float (it will sting!). Eat a meal or a snack Arrive and check-in 15-20 minutes early so you have time to park, fill out an intake form, get a tour and a float intro.

Why do you charge $85 for a 60 minute flat when the other spas charge 70+ for 90 minutes?

Thank you for asking! Pricing is based on several factors including location and amenities. We have a large clinic in a high traffic area and need to cover those costs. It’s important to make floating available and the more float centers the better! We encourage clients to start with our Package of 3 Floats for $149 and then transition into the monthly membership. Many people prefer a 60-minute floay and 90-minuets can seem too long for folks who haven’t tried floating before. Please come by and see what we have to offer! - Dana Highfill, Owner
