PA potholes are no joke! I hit a pothole the size of Texas on a Friday night at about 10pm leaving bubbles in both of my driver side tires. I called Firestone the next day after I got out of work at noon and by 5 o’clock I was leaving the lot with 3 new tires after one of the salesmen very kindly pointed my attention to the dry cracks that were starting to form on one of my passenger side tires. This isn’t my first time at Firestone but I recommend this shop to everyone I come across! Being a woman, mechanic shops are one of the most intimidating places you can go. We’ve all heard horror stories of being charged four times more than needed or being pushed to buy things we don’t need. All of the mechanics and employees that I have spoken to at Firestone are INSANELY knowledgeable and truly do have the best interest in their customers. They aren’t condescending when explaining things and truly work to make you understand what the problem is and why you are experiencing it. Great services and great people! It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars!

Very bad experience. I feel like I was stolen out of my money. The girl Jasmine started of very friendly but it quickly turned into deceivemnt. By the time I ended up paying it was almost $100 for an oil change. She said she gave me 3 options but only sold me one ( the most expensive). Very dissatisfied. UPDATE: Even though my experience was terrible I received a phone call from the store manager Shawn and he helped me get some of the money I spent back. He was nice and apologetic for what happened. Wont be going here again but I appreciate them trying to fix the situation.

Hey let me tell You about this place.Ain't about the price.I admire honesty.I start my car 04/10/22.My car ain't start.I immediately call Triple AAA.My car has to go Firestone garage Sunday afternoon.I supposed to go work double shift the day.I walk to work after I finish work when I go to garage Monday morning.They fix my car.Do you know the reason? I need new battery.I don't wanna say name anothe place.They never honest with me Firestone mechanic and stuff keep it honest.I appreciate You.Thank
