This location is by far the least accurate, lowest quality McDonalds location in the entirety of Erie County. There is always either something missing, such as today where both sandwiches were missing from our bag, or they're made poorly, or old fries or nuggets are given. This location is incredibly poor service and order quality. In its current state, I don't recommend this location. If you can go anywhere else, do so.

Ordered using app. Got good prices using deals but no one brought the food out. I went in to get it and it just have been ready a while as it was cold.

It seems like every single time I go there, the food has been sitting under a warmer for too long. Almost every single time with no fail, they mess up a special request on my order. I’m a pretty understanding person, but this is just plain ridiculous. I ordered 2 of these, no extra onion and sauce as requested and the bagel is pretty hard to be honest. I don’t normally post things like this, I like to give every place the benefit of the doubt, but this place takes the cake for the worst McDonald’s in what I would guess would be the entire county. There is no point in calling and getting the food made AGAIN because I literally just had to call a few days ago because I ordered 6 sandwiches and only received 4 and only ONE of those sandwiches were correct. When I called, I’m not sure who answered but they were rude about it and when I did get new sandwiches they were sloppily put together. Just by looking at the new food I could see I upset someone by having them do their job. At this point, I don’t think this McDonald’s will be getting my business anymore.
