Bob had my hair done for me for Valentine's Day.Not the color I wanted.

My 10 year old daughter went to get her nails done for the first time since she was getting good grades. This was last month paid I think $45 and gave her a tip. She picked her color which is pretty color but in the end it didn't look smooth it was so lumpy it was horrible. I'm sorry but when I get my nails done it was smooth feeling she was so upset, but they were so nice though.

I went there and my haircut was HORRIBLE, uneven and my bangs were cut SUPER short, they had another girl fix it and it took 2 hours to fix and even then it couldn’t be really fixed and my bangs took forever to fix. It also cost me more money as I tipped the girl who fixed it and the one who ruined my hair. The girl who fixed it did the best she could,then my daughter prom came and we made an appointment for her. I dropped her off and she got the SAME girl who did mine and she didn’t listen to my daughter at all, ended up with layers and when paying somewhere else to fix it hair was REALLY uneven and my daughter wanted it parted in middle so nope the girl parted it on the side and cut it that way… it’s taken forever for my daughter to feel comfortable enough to get it cut. I really wish we didn’t have these experiences there because I live in the area and I really wanted to like it there
