Customer service sucks!!!! Can’t get a simple order correct and when you call to let them know you’re treated like your stupid. They proceed to talk over you and interrupt and don’t even apologize or try to make it right….

The food here is pretty great; their subs and their pizza being recent favorites of mine. Their service is not always very accurate, though it's unclear if the accuracy drops when the order is being taken or when the order is being made. They do delivery, but I would budget thirty minutes on top of their projection to be safe as sometimes the food can come quite late compared to their estimations. Aside from the minor issues and frustrations when ordering, the food is really good. It's a must try, even if only once.

The service and food is very inconsistent. Three times I have been charged for two items on my pizza when I ordered 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 mushrooms. When questioned I get that's what he has been told to do and he has worked there for over 2 years. I questioned prior to paying specifically asked if I was charged for 2 items only to be told no. Informed prices have gone up. Then I was told it's only $1.50. Left message for owner to call with no response. To add insult to injury when we get home and open the pizza it definitely was not half and half. Totally disappointed.

Jordan made my veggie pizza and it was the best pizza I think I ever had! He also had great customer service skills while he was taking my order, will definitely be back!
