First time using a chiropractic and I was really scared to even go. Aha but honestly the staff was very friendly and made you feel at home. I really loved the service and honestly I recommend it. I even told my mom to go there 😂 😚

Really awesome experience, I won’t go anywhere else! Dr. Andosca really listens to your history, about your pain & injuries. How your past appointments helped & if they helped. I look forward to my appointments every week! And Alicia is SO welcoming, I enjoy seeing her when I walk into the office every appointment to check in. She’s super helpful & helped me get all my insurance stuff figured out! I love coming to 120 Chiropractic!

The staff at '120' is VERY professional and welcoming. I was able to get a same day appointment and they're always able to work around my schedule! After decades of back, neck and hip pain I am FINALLY finding relief without medicines that never solved my pain, but only numbed it. And in some cases, same day! I wish I had found '120' years ago. THANK YOU SO MUCH 120 CHIROPRACTIC!!

This is such a wonderful place! I have visited many different chiropractors in my life, and this is my far my favorite. Dr. Andosca is kind and informative, efficient, and effective. Everyone who works here is friendly and SO respectful, they remember you by name and it feels so welcoming. This is the only place I have kept returning to, and for very good reason. Such amazing care!

Questions & Answers

Is chiropractic safe for kids?

Chiropractic is definitely safe for kids and at my practice I adjust kids frequently. There are numerous research studies on the benefits of chiropractic care for children. Some of the conditions I've helped children with include: colic, vomiting, bed wetting (enuresis), insomnia, vertigo, scoliosis, neck/back pain, strains/sprains, tendinitis. The international chiropractic pediatric association (ICPA) is a great resource for understanding more about pediatric chiropractic (https://icpa4kids.com/) if you are interested.

Can a chiropractor help my knee?

I have helped many people with knee problems over the last 18 years. Patients who could barely walk up and downstairs, or get up from sitting because of their knee pain, were able to get full resolution of their knee problems under my care. Chiropractic is amazing for knee problems. I first test your spine, extremities and nervous system using state of the art technologies including thermography, surface electromyography heart rate variability, digital x-ray, and foot leveler scanning. Then, I design corrective care plans to correct your spine and extremities to function better. I use gentle chiropractic adjustments to help restore the functioning of your spine and extremities. Patients say they haven't felt this good in years. Please call us to see if I can help you.

How do I know if I should go to a chiropractor?

People are often not taught to go to see a chiropractor. I never went to a chiropractor until I was 27 and it made a tremendous difference in my life. Chiropractic is more than just for back pain or neck pain. It works on getting your nervous system to work the best that it can, which ultimately will improve your health because your nervous system controls your health. If I could, I would tell everyone to get their spine and nervous system checked and corrected on a regular basis by a chiropractor. If we don't have our spines checked and corrected regularly for mis-alignments or what we in chiropractic call subluxations (which are disturbances to the best function of your nervous system), then we build up lots of stress and dis-stress in our nervous system. This can lead to problems with our health. So, if you are interested to find out more, please come see us or find a chiropractor near you to find out if you need correction of your spine and nervous system.

What is the sound that comes from an adjustment?

Often times it's called "cracking" which is misleading. There really isn't any cracking involved at all. The sound from an adjustment is actually a release of vapours and gas bubbles in the synovial fluid of the joint being adjusted. (Synovial fluid is the fluid that exists in the joints of the spine already.) The nervous system then releases endorphins which makes patient's feel better after an adjustment.
