I didn't even have the option to give a zero. My mother is currently in a nursing home in Lebanon, Or. and doing internal radiation cancer treatment in Portland. The nursing home had arranged for them to take her and bring her back to facility. This place left my mother in Portland without a return ride. Made no effort to contact her after her 6 HOUR SURGERY!!. I'm applaud, they will be hearing from my lawyer!!!

Ride Line qualifications are that a client has Oregon Health Plan as their primary insurance and are going to a billable Oregon Health Plan appointment. Ride Line transports lots of people to Alcohol and Drug Treatment facilities and cannot discriminate, did you speak to a Ride Line Customer Service Representative during normal business hours? (Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Does ride line do weekend pick ups

Yes

I work for an in-home care agency. Would rideline reimburse our caregivers who accompany our medicaid clients from Corvallis to Newport? Thank you!

I wouldn't think so, they should be getting paid already.
