Zac and Chris are THE sweetest and most knowledgable employees - they are helpful, patient, and personable. I would never go to any other store. Also - they deserve a raise for the hard work they do! I love express clothes, they fit my thin, tall frame nicely and have trendy professional looks. I also love the helpful store associates. The manager and employees always ask if they can help you. Unfortunately, walking into this store sounds like you're entering a club, it is loud and I mean, annoyingly loud music they play. I'm sure there was some study that said playing music at a certain decibel makes people spend more. Really distracting. I couldn't wait to leave last time. I feel badly for the employees who have to be there all day. The other annoying thing is that the dressing rooms lock and there is not a regular fitting room attendant. Every time I try on clothes I have to look for someone to unlock the door. I really don't have time for this. Sorry, I don't want to be inconvenienced because the store is trying to keep an eye on shoplifters.

Always had good service at this location. My wife loves their clothing. However, I purchased a Christmas gift for her here, and used a reward certificate. When exchanging the item, we were told the reward certificate would not go back to her account. So we had a little free money to spend in your store, and now since we need a different size, which you're out of, we just lose the store credit? I've worked in retail for years, and you always get the reward certificate back when you make a return, even if it takes time to credit back to the account. I hope we're being informed wrong here, because that's an asinine policy if correct.
