Some of these other reviews are not fair on here. Their price was very reasonable and the work performed was extremely good. They did not call me back until my bike was ready, even though I had called a couple times... But that's because they were busy, which is a good thing. You have to understand that when a shop like this doesn't get back to you immediately, it's because everyone has come to them to get work done. It's a smaller shop, but don't let that deture you. Their work is second to none and their prices are way less then everyone else. Thanks again for tuning up mine and my wife's bicycle's!!! They shift and ride like they are brand new again!!!

What a breath of fresh air. My wife and I went into this shop the other day with a long list of questions. Both of us are novices in the bike world so we were probably not the ideal customers for most shops. I get the feeling often these days that most business's would prefer someone who knows exactly what they want and spend little if any time interacting with the staff. The husband and wife team that own Trail's End could not have been more patient or accommodating with us. They helped us pick out the perfect bike for my wife which she loves a little too much, I may have to ask her soon if we could possibly find somewhere else for the bike to sleep, our bed is a little crowded ; ) These guys went even further by telling us about a charity program they have, we can donate our old bike to help veterans, it helps us by giving us a place to give our surplus bike, and it helps veterans at the same time, win win! Thanks so much to the Trail's End team for making this a great experience.

Trail's End provides excellent customer service and quality bike tune ups. The shop's workers are experts with various street and mtn bikes. They offer fair, expert price at an affordable option. I've been coming here for years and will continue to come here for all of my bike needs. Randy and Dan are the best!

They're a father & son(s) owned business, very knowledgeable and helpful. I've had my MTB there a couple times, once for some brake work and another to fix my seat dropper. They have fair prices and I always enjoy the small talk with them about riding. Keep supporting Trail's End!!

Unfortunately we have no bike like that currently in stock available for rental. We hope to resume renting again in the near future. Thank you
We are currently letting one customer in the store at a time. We sanitize all surfaces after each use. We are not currently renting bikes nor letting people try on apparel or helmets. Masks required at all times. Currently, all available staff have been vaccinated. Thanks for your inquiry.
Unfortunately we do not rent 3 wheel bikes, only traditional road racing bikes. Thanks for your message
Unfortunately we don't. We only have cruisers from Manhattan Cruisers and also Evo bicycles. Thank you!
Inner tubes range from $7-10 each depending on the size and valve required for your bike, labor would be roughly $18-20 depending on the bike. Stop by any time during normal hours and we'll be happy to help!
Unfortunately we do not offer E-bike rentals. We do have plenty of road bikes in various sizes, and a small selection on high end mountain bikes available to rent. Thanks for your message, sorry we couldn't help!
