Although this establishment offers many services for the professional photographer, my wife and I have only used them for photo print services. We previously used our local Costco but they eliminated their photo department. With that being said, we've had nothing but exceptional service and quality from them. We've given them 'rush' jobs and they've always come through with flying colors. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is always friendly (especially John!?) I drive out of my way to do business with them which says a lot since I always try and be as efficient and cost effective as possible. I highly recommend them, at least for your photo print services.

This past December, we ordered prints to give to family as gifts. We heard great things from professional photographers on YouTube so we thought we would be in good hands. Unfortunately, our prints arrived damaged (which is understandable since shipping has been horrendous this year) and so we reached hoping they would help us with replacing them or issue a refund. Initially, we did talk to someone, but slowly over time it seemed like they were either too busy or were not going to help. Towards the end, I got the impression that they didn't care (or didn't believe us) since no one offered to replace them or how they could help make this right when it was first brought to their attention. We even offered to wait until the holidays were over since we figured they were still swamped with orders. Lastly, we did not give any of the prints as gifts since we were too embarrassed. We will go elsewhere for prints in the future, sadly.

Visionary Deluxe

Rico (gentleman with glasses) is extremely unfriendly and does not seem to have any sales or customer service experience at all. Would not recommend a business with an associate like Rico to anybody. Also, keep in mind that you can only reserve rentals online and the selection is very limited. (No audio equipment at this time)

I feel that it's a great place...honestly, it's one of the "last great photography shops" around anymore. The store is nice, staffed with very knowledgeable, friendly people, who really help you. They relate to both the professional, novice, and those in between. Way too much to be able to include it all in this comment, but I highly recommend them. They also are one of the places that still process roll film,..at great prices.
