If 0 star was possible, I would rate this Buy Rite Wine and Liquor store exactly that. My friend and I purchased a bottle of Baileys The Original Irish Cream at approximately 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. After having a glass of the Baileys, both my friend and I began vomiting. We contacted the store at 9:54 pm and spoke to the sales associate who informed us that we could return it for an exchange the following day since the store was closing in 5 minutes. The sales associate also acknowledged that he did not provide a receipt at the point of sales. When we contacted the store on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, the sales associate passed the call to "Doug", the store manager, who informed me that he will not exchange the product, I will have to contact the manufacturer. I filed an official complaint with BBB!
