UPDATE: Shortly after this review, we were "Banned" from service.....ORIGINAL POST: The Attendant Michelle, is very rude! Her personality makes us feel very unwelcome and feel as tho we need to "walk on eggshells" when she is around. I have overheard her complaining "There's another Laundromat down the block, why does everyone come here and bother me" We actually switched to Wash and Fold service to not have to deal with her. Its a shame too, as all of the Ocean Grove business pride themselves on being super customer oriented!

Hi I'm a customer I came in the lady with grey hair. There was a black guy who was mentally challenged and made a bad comment. About him being a mental case she needs to be fired. And he belongs in Asbury park. How can you have her work here ???

It is Friday and I was going to drop off laundry today but then I then remember what happened to me here at 7pm on Monday when I was picking up my drop-off laundry. I asked the attendant what time did we need to drop laundry off by to get same day pick up? The attendant told me “It doesn’t work like that. It’s the summer so it can now take days to turn around laundry.” I said nothing because my partner had dropped off laundry that same morning and was told to come back around 7pm. Take what you like from her comment but it was at best rude and worst unwelcoming to me specifically. The laundry service was good and I would have gone back. Happy to answer any questions about this experience.

Been doing my laundry here for years. Sheryl and Sherry are the best. It's convenient and clean and perfect for a small town. It can get overwhelming during the season, but it is a beach town, so we all know how it goes.
