The people working here are incompetent. I had what I thought was a simple order—a salad with no chicken and a dressing substitute, because I’m a vegetarian. I was in a rush and didn’t check my order before leaving, but on my work break I find that they literally just gave me the salad as it was, no changes made at all. Absolutely disgusting.

Came home ONLY to see that my large fries were old and literally empty. I ordered a bourbon bacon and the condiments are missing? What sort of rubbish is this??? I won't EVER come here ! NONSENSE !!

Our burgers were cold, staff was overwhelmed, only 1 person on register, at 12:15 pm on a Saturday. Drive thru wrapped around building so we went in for our order thinking it might be quicker, not at all! I gave it 3 stars because I think if the leardership was better, it would of been better. Long line but it moved quickly. I used the app to 0lace my order while I was in the drive thru line. Only complaint is that there should be a no ice option on the app when ordering a drink. Other than that smooth transaction. Nice folks work there. A+
