Went in w cash in hand for an over priced retail board, they wanted $865 for a 6'4" Firewire. Thought I might shave off a couple bucks w a trade in, but the kook manager wouldnt give me a cent for my old board. Dude, every shop on the planet will take a few bucks off for a brand new cash deal, very least throw in some fins or a leash. Was also there w the wife n kids ready to drop some $. Have it your way, wont be back.

As far a big commercial surf shops go i like this place, It still keeps its local North county vibe with staff and information, they know their boards and are more than willing to chat about a good session or what they think about products. Price wise is what you would expect, yes you can find similar items in small shops if you want to search but the one stop shop works for me if I want a new board (or just to browse and dream), or some wax. Plenty of suits, an area of used boards, and associated sundries. They also have a skate section, clothes and watches. Limited parking in the lot and on Coast Hwy, easy to find.
