I have insanely flat feet and have always struggled with running, I visited Road Runner Sports and just felt like they were trying to sell me anything and everything once I walked through the door. My experience here was starkly different, Shelby helped me out and asked me numerous questions before making a recommendation. His recommendations were backed with explanations and suggestions behind the use-case of each shoe. I completed my first marathon in the shoes and I am so thankful Shelby recommended sizing up to account for my foot swelling. I will be coming here and recommending others for any running-related purchases.

Wish there were more shops like this one! Stopped in, explained my running, previous shoes, and a couple shoes I think I'd like. She brings out 7 sets in my size and I ended buying a pair I never thought of. Great staff!! Will definitely stop in every time I'm in San Diego.

I have been going to specialty running stores for the past 30 years (and also worked at a few like sagesport, runtex and fleet feet). I can say with authority that milestone is a special place. Great customer service and product options. Their running club is fantastic and they are very generous with their support. Their employees are mostly super fast but also very supportive of newcomers to our awesome sport so don't be intimidated.
