I’ve been to this restaurant many times and every time I go the fried clams are always good, and they have the best French fries. I’ve also had the grilled chicken sandwich which was excellent and the fish and chips. 😋

Gave this place another shot as went a couple years ago and vowed not to get ripped off again. Explained my experience from two years ago and Asked if they were going to be large pieces or bits and pieces made to look like one big piece.The workers behind the counter were extremely nice and gave me an explanation for why I was served bits a couple years ago so I decided to place an order. The difference was night and day from my first experience I will be coming back again

I got 2 piece fish and chip combo - got a little bit extra there (one with fries and the other with coleslaw) for 2 people and we had tons left over! Delicious, full of flavor!

We ordered 2 Lg fish w/sides. Fish batter had no seasoning, no flavor and very greasy. Also they did not have a restroom for us to use was told that they closed up the bathroom early evening and locked it up with was a disappointment especially when your sitting there eating and drinking. This is our 1st time here and won't be back $32 down the drain.

No but they habe wine and beer. And in my opinion free Oceanside location as far better than the one in Carlsbad. Brothers each own them

I don't think so. I have lactose issues and was fine eating their fish, which was really good.
Really good crispy, flaky fried fish. Good stuff!
No go to the one at Carlbad. .. The one at Oceanside Houbar. Are to oily. Same owner difr ent ppl are making it.
