I wanted to like it, it looked busy so I thought it would wash my car well, but I was disappointed. I don't have a car that goes off-road so it wasn't caked in dirt or anything and the car wash missed a lot of spots. I got the most expensive wash and my undercarriage still looked bad. The rest was more streaked in dirt than clean. I took it home and finished the job there. The vacuum was pretty good. I won't be back.

I’m not coming back , no stars. It’s so sad these days in Portland and the ppl here sad too. I felt really uncomfortable a grown man 3x my size hoarding over me asking where is my receipt for my wash . Like seriously you guys are not paying attention ?? harassing paying customers all over free vacuuming? The lady ask me when I paid with card do I want my receipt I SAID NOOOOO why ? Bcus I get bank statements! If the lady knew she had to put the receipt in my car so it’s proof of purchase that’s on her not me and whats so crazy is the whole time this went down she didn’t say anything !!! Cold world !! The guy there stood in front of my car like he was blocking me in? Yelling I don’t have a receipt I can’t be here walked around the car like he was security telling me this what I get paid do Seriously dude . Consult with your staff first. Once he got to the back of my car he seen the green TAPE they put on the back of your SUV windshield wiper when you get a wash .the back end of the story I’m getting too is, chill out your not always White !! And every color is not always Wrong !

We came here on a Saturday for a car wash... obviously... they were VERY busy, expected on a Saturday afternoon, but they only had one payment lane open and the line was LONG going down the side street and around the corner. They did eventually open the second payment booth. The people in line were polite and it only took between 10-15 minutes to get up to the booth. But we were In the short line. I would estimate at least 20 minutes or more wait in the long line. Once we got up to the booth the man working there was polite and efficient. As we came into the car wash section they had a couple people power washing and putting protection on our rear windshield wiper. They only sprayed the drivers side. When we went through the car wash it seemed like we were moving pretty fast. Evidently they had sped up the car wash for the Saturday rush. As we were going through the blow dryer section I noticed that we were moving so fast that the windshield didn't even get dry, let alone the rest of the car. We went over to the vacuuming area and were able to get a spot only because someone just pulled out. I was disappointed because there were no towels to wipe off the water left on the car from the wash or wipe the door jams or windshield/ windows. The windows didn't get clean and needed a towel. On the outside not just the Inside. You need to know that we just paid for the wash/dry only for $10 but that should have the same quality wash as all of the other options. I would have loved to have given more stars, I always Iook for reasons to leave 5 stars, but I paid for a wash and a dry but didn't get 100%... not even 80% of what I paid for.. I can't give a full wholehearted recommendation for this place, but would go there again in a pinch knowing what to expect. This is my experience, hopefully yours is better...

New favorite car wash on my way from home Bend to home Seattle. Get the car real dirty on the mountain pass, then clean the poor little thing up once on the western slope! I was concerned that the wheels and tires would not get clean from the de~icer, so I ordered the 14$ wash with hesitation. The employees told me that if the car wasn’t clean to my satisfaction to come back around, and they’d run me back through. I went through once- and that was plenty! These photos are 2 days later, and 200 miles later. The car wash did an awesome job! I highly suggest this place!
